Mark Whitlock, P.E.
President
Mark D. Whitlock is active in his local FM church, Gateway Conference and the FMC-USA chairing and serving on numerous committees and Boards. He is also a Greenville College Trustee and Treasurer for Friends of Hope Africa University.
A graduate of Greenville College and the University of Illinois he is a registered Professional Engineer who owns and manages a national specialty heavy construction materials company. He served as Illinois chairman for professional regulation for the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers and as President of his local School Board.
Mark and his wife Karen are active in civic groups and enjoy their first grandchild.
Terry Beasley
Executive Director
Executive Director of Men’s Ministries International. Terry is currently serving as Free Methodist Elder Light &Life West in Long Beach CA. He has help build and lead one of the strongest local church men's ministry the Kingsmen at Chapel of Change Church ⛪ in the FMC-USA.
Terry, has 40 years of ministry experience, joining the FMC-USA in 1999 under Dr. Larry Walkemeyer at Light & Life Church in Long Beach. There, he led outreach, co-planted two churches, and later served at Chapel of Change as Campus Pastor and Men's Pastor, where he launched the Ignite Marriage Ministry and was ordained as an FM Elder.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, he has worked in Aerospace for 45 years. He has been married to Deena for 27 years and has 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
His vision for MMI is to spark a Spirit-led discipleship movement within the global FMC, uniting local churches to raise men who impact their families and the world — grounded in Matthew 28:19.

Jonathan Leech
Pastor Jonny Leech is the lead pastor of Light and Life Church in Thornton, England, and a businessman who owns Garstang Fish and Chips — named among the top 50 fish and chip restaurants in the United Kingdom. He is a former elected councilor who served as the mayor of Garstang.
He is a doctoral student at Northeastern Seminary and previously received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lancaster University and a master’s degree in theology and leadership from the Church of England’s St. Mellitus College. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Hannah, for 11 years, and together they have a 4- year-old daughter and a 1- year-old son. He is passionate about his family, faith, sport and helping others to find freedom in both their spiritual and lives and their finances.
Charles Latchison
Charles Latchison serves as the lead pastor of Light & Life West Church, Long Beach, CA, which he and his wife Carolyn planted in 2003. Charles has served in ministry for 37 years and pastor ministry for 30+ years. As well as, but not limited to his current pastoral ministry, he is also currently serving as an ACC Certified Ministry Coach with Flourishing in Ministry.
Charles received an Associates Degree in Christian Education from Boyce Bible
College in Louisville, KY, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from
Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, KY, Master of Arts degree in Pastoral
Studies: Church Development from Azusa Pacific University and post-graduate studies with the School of Pastoral Nurture.
Charles and Carolyn got married in August of 2000. They are blessed parents of daughter Candyce, grandson Caleb, sons Jaymar and. Christopher.
Bryan Sallee
Pastor Bryan Sallee has the honor of being married to his best friend, Karen for the past 17+ years and a dad to three wonderful children. Bryan has been serving at Skyline since 2014 and has come to love and cherish ministry and life in Alaska. In his spare time you can find him at a local coffee shop, reading, journaling, or planning the next family adventure.
Something unique about Pastor Bryan is that he has lived in eight states, visited forty-seven states, in the union, and traveled to 10 countries…and counting.
But through it all, he says home is best experienced here in the Big AK!
